SuperUp ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by SuperUp, a company based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website and register for early access to the SuperUp mobile application.

By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit any personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide you with early access notifications and to improve our service:

a) Information you provide

• Phone number — collected when you register for early access. This is used solely to notify you when SuperUp launches.

b) Information collected automatically

• UTM parameters — campaign source, medium, campaign name, and other URL parameters that tell us how you found SuperUp.
• Referrer information — the URL of the page that linked you to our website.
• Analytics data — page views, button clicks, video plays, device type, browser type, and approximate location (city/country level). This data is collected through Mixpanel and does not identify you personally unless combined with information you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Launch notifications — to send you a one-time notification (SMS or WhatsApp) when the SuperUp app is available for download.
• Service improvement — to understand how visitors interact with our landing page, which helps us improve the user experience before launch.
• Campaign measurement — to understand which channels drive interest in SuperUp so we can reach more people who may benefit from the platform.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Supabase — stores your phone number and registration data securely. Supabase provides database hosting with encryption at rest and in transit. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
• Mixpanel — collects anonymised analytics data (page views, clicks, video plays) to help us understand how visitors use the website. Mixpanel's privacy policy is available at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel — hosts our website. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser information). Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

4. Data Retention

Your phone number and registration data are retained until the SuperUp app launches and you are notified. After launch, your pre-registration data will either be migrated to your app account (with your consent) or deleted within 90 days if you do not create an account.

Analytics data collected via Mixpanel is retained in accordance with Mixpanel's data retention policies and does not contain personally identifiable information.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption) and stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members only.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of any inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal information from our systems.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to contact@superup.in with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the phone number you registered with. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

SuperUp is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@superup.in and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
